My life’s journey has been an interesting one. It is from my life experience that I wish to provide inspiration and to help others to help themselves.

My journey of self development started with a path of spiritual healing and psychic development spanning several years. I hold a Basic Certificate in Spiritual Healing with the Spiritualist Association of Great Britain. This led me onto exploring other healing modalities, such as Quantum Touch in which I trained as a Practitioner and Instructor. Since then I have developed a healing modality called Triple Helix which is form of energy healing/vibrational medicine. I run workshops for those who wish to learn Triple Helix

I believe a path of self/personal development is an ever evolving one. My path has led me to explore and learn Ancient Shamanic practices which are now a way of life. I am a Shamanic Practitioner and also run Shamanic Workshops

I have a background of teaching therapeutic exercise. Which provides me with a sound knowledge of medical conditions .I have worked with  many people with physical ailments /emotional issues using healing and prescribed exercise to improve quality of life. .

My aim is do deal with both internal and external issues, to locate the source of the problem and heal them. I adopt the 'whole person' approach in all of my work with a view to helping others to find balance in all aspects of themselves. Hence my slogan ‘Health & Healing for the Whole Person.

My personal life has given me experience in many areas including grief, stress, domestic abuse and more. I believe my personal experiences enable me to offer empathy and understanding to my clients which is an enhancement to my work.

As the result of visiting Peru I have been initiated in the Nine Rites of Munay Ki which are based on ancient Shamanic Rites. I am offering the Rites to individuals to receive and also am running workshops where you receive as well as learn to give the Rites. This I believe it part of the evolution of human consciousness that we need to move towards 2012 and beyond.

I am currently based in Scotland but am happy to travel to other parts of the UK and the rest of the World. The world is a small place and there are no frontiers for healing.

I trust that we all find what we need when we need it, I believe in abundance without riches, living from the heart and speaking my Truth with Love and Integrity.
